Onsite Manager-Accommodation Venue-Kimberley Region-Western AustraliaWe are seeking an experienced Manager for this busy property located in the Kimberley Region of remote Western Australia.
The successful candidate will have outstanding customer service skills and a positive attitude. As the Onsite Manager, you will bring your excellent hospitality management skills and competency in reservation systems and Microsoft Office to the role. You will be extremely hands on and very flexible.
The property offers onsite accommodation and dining facilities catering to the corporate and tourist market.
There are plenty of locations to explore on days off and the opportunity to enjoy some local fishing.
Flexible Start Date - Long Term, ongoing role.
Package:
$81,018 salary + superannuation
Free Accommodation - onsite one bedroom accommodation
Free Meals provided from restaurant
Use of company vehicle
Relocation assistance available after a successful probation
Responsibilities:
- Management of front office and reception functions using Guestpoint PMS
- Assist with management and oversight of restaurant operations
- Assist with management of housekeeping and laundry and assist in a hands-on capacity as required
- Assist with property maintenance and gardening
- Answering to onsite Operations Manager
- Other duties as required
You will require the following skills:
- Hospitality management experience (preferably in a remote location)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Competency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of reservation systems — prior experience with Guest Point an advantage
- Food and beverage experience.
- Ideally have or be able to obtain RSA / Approved Managers / Drivers Licence
- Must have or be willing to obtain a National Police Clearance
