This is a fantastic opportunity for an Administrator, Office Administrator or someone who is interested in the HR/ Change management/ Psychology space, to join the business as a Participant Experience Coordinator.In this role, you'll provide expert advice to participants and assist a team of Career coaches. You'll be joining a passionate team of professionals across Account Management, Career Management, Coaching, & Leadership.About the Role:
As a pivotal member of our team, you'll:
- Cultivate enduring client relationships, uncovering ongoing opportunities for growth.
- Offer expert guidance and tailor-made solutions to meet client needs and objectives.
- Collaborate seamlessly with account managers and stakeholders.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Master the art of email management with finesse.
- Being a system superuser & across all participant documentation.
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- Stellar communication skills to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.
- A corporate background & a professional/ adaptable approach.
- A proven track record of nurturing client relationships and driving results.
- Ideally, a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, coupled with advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
