Position Overview:

Team Leader 

Are you passionate about empowering individuals with disabilities? Join us at Living Goals as a Team Leader, where you'll play a crucial role in leading our dedicated team towards creating positive impacts in the lives of our participants.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of support workers, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment that promotes participants' well-being and independence.
• Collaborate with fellow team members, families, and professionals to deliver high-quality supports and services tailored to each participant's needs.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of participant progress and activities to maintain the highest standards of service delivery. 📋

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in disability support, aged care, or related fields is desirable.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated empathy and compassion in your approach to work.
• Relevant qualifications such as Cert III or Cert IV in Disability or Community Services. 
• Possession of a valid Driver's License and Reliable Vehicle with Comprehensive Insurance.
• Valid Working With Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Current CPR and First Aid Certificate. 💪🩹
