The role:
The Team Leader has immediate oversight of the appropriate management of vacancies and employment practices through the delivery of a proactive, prompt and efficient client-focussed service. The role provides recruitment and employment practice and process related expertise, advice and assistance in accordance with relevant legislation and Agency policy.
The role focuses on providing a flexible approach and offering innovative solutions to complex employment and recruitment practice and process-related issues within established frameworks and supports capacity building in these areas by guiding and mentoring hiring managers and Recruitment Officers.
In this role you will:
- Lead and mentor a team: Develop individual strengths, provide ongoing training, and cultivate a collaborative and supportive team environment.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers: Understand their needs and expectations, and deliver high-quality talent that aligns with their teams' goals.
- Navigate the healthcare landscape: Understand the unique needs and challenges of diverse healthcare settings, ensuring a tailored approach to each search.

Details of Appointment
Permanent, full time, day worker position working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible.
*notwithstanding hours may be negotiated with the successful applicant
- Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time and part time vacancies.
Salary: $79,529 - $91,517 per annum. Our Employer 11% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
- Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022
