We need someone who does not necessarily have Team Leadership experience but is wanting to step up and use their strong passion and leadership abilities for supporting the community and to progress their NDIS career. As Team Leader, you will provide support and leadership to CDS Support Workers. You will also be involved in the recruitment of our frontline workers. You will provide day-to-day coaching and support and play a lead role in designing and delivering innovative support structures for your team. You will implement group supervision models and manage training opportunities. Developing and maintaining a close connection between our workforce and our organisation will also be a key component of this role.
