Eden Ritchie are seeking a
Team Leader FixIT to lead and manage our Corporate IT Service Desk team, ensuring the delivery of technical support and client services, and supporting team members through change, fostering a high-performing team with a client focus, and developing staff capabilities
Key Responsibilities:You will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on the Service Desk queue to ensure timely resolution of all incoming jobs and incidents.Additionally, you will take charge of high-priority incidents, ensuring the assignment of appropriate technical resources and timely problem resolution within SLA timeframes.Your strategic direction will be crucial in improving existing and developing new business policies, procedures, and processes to enhance the quality and efficiency of support services, ultimately improving customers’ ICT experience.To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
- Working knowledge of desktop technologies including Windows 11, Microsoft O365 applications including Teams, Active Directory user and group management, desktop cyber security tools and processes, iPhone, and iPad.
- Knowledge of Service Desk management tools, e.g., Service Now incident and problem modules.
- An aptitude for leadership with the capability to build an effective team.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to deal effectively with people at all levels of an organisation, including senior management.
