Scope of the Role:As the Team Lead - Account Managers, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Hexagon Mining’s APAC region by promoting recurring revenue and profit through maintaining relationships with existing customers. Your responsibilities include navigating contract changes, overseeing
Account Management activities, maintaining communication with sales, marketing, support, product, and executive team members, and acting as the main point of escalation for the group while advocating for the client's needs. You will also support team members with coaching, training, and identifying revenue opportunities, as well as foster relationships directly with clients to ensure they succeed and receive the intended value in our solutions.
Key Responsibilities:You will ensure the team proactively addresses customer needs, promptly secures contract renewals, and actively seeks out opportunities to expand the products' footprint within their accounts. Collaboration with sales and marketing team members in the territory/region to execute the territory business plan is essential. Additionally, you'll be responsible for setting expectations within the team, providing training, coaching, and mentorship to achieve team targets, while also providing technical and commercial advice to account managers. Representing Hexagon at industry events and tradeshows, as well as liaising with the finance department to ensure management of receivables, are also key responsibilities.
Skills and Experience:Ideal candidates will have leadership experience in leading a team of sales staff dealing with technical products and solutions, an understanding of enterprise
Account Management, and basic mining processes. Being detail-oriented, highly organized, and possessing excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential. Previous experience with Salesforce CRM is advantageous.

The ability to prioritize and work with deadlines, along with a willingness to learn quickly and share knowledge, is crucial. Protecting the company brand and reputation by exhibiting good behaviour and reporting any noncompliance to safety, procedural, or other customer-dictated regulations is also expected. Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with peers across the organization and maintaining a continuous improvement mindset are key behaviours we value.Education Background:A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Sales, or equivalent combination of education and related experience is required. Five or more years of technical sales/
Account Management experience in enterprise
Account Management is preferred.
