About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate leader to coach, manage, and support a small team of Customer Service Specialists.
This role is perfect for someone who is dedicated to leading and developing teams while driving business outcomes.
As the Team Leader, you will be responsible for the management of team performance and delivering exceptional customer service. You will be an excellent communicator with a proven track record of supervising, managing, coaching and motivating team members on a daily basis. You will lead by example and engage the team to achieve goals, demonstrating a strong work ethic, and a commitment to success.
Key Details:
Full Time | Monday to Friday | 8:00am to 8:00pm (rotating roster)
Melbourne CBD location
You will be required to complete a National Police Clearance
Key Responsibilities:
Positively motivate and coach your team to both improve & sustain team performance to deliver and exceed assigned key performance indicators (KPIs)
Handle escalated customer issues and provide guidance and support to your team members.
Contribute to the medium-long term health of your team and contact centre
Conduct regular effective one on ones and team meetings
Maintain and develop relevant knowledge of campaign products & systems
Ensure clear, constructive and timely communication with key stakeholders
Implement and support cultural activities and reward and recognition programs
About You

Extensive knowledge of the collections sector is desirable. You should excel at building strong relationships and working collaboratively with clients and organizational peers.
