Due to continual growth, we are looking to expand our amazing team and have the opportunity for a compassionate and engaging Groups and ActivitiesTeam Leader to join us!
Responsibilities:
The Team Leader will manage the day-to-day operations and provide mentoring and leadership to a team of Disability Support Workers. The Team Leader will be responsible for developing and delivering programs to support the goals of the participants individualised NDIS plans. This role also includes direct participant support.

About you:
• Experience in overseeing a service delivery team in a disability setting preferably in Group based Services supported by the National Disability Insurance Scheme
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience working with people with disabilities and their families and carers
• Knowledge and understanding of the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Commission framework along with the NDIS Code of Conduct
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
• Current and clear Working with Children Check
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate and patient demeanour
• Basic computer skills
