A BIT ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Youth Services Team Leader, you will develop and operate a high-performing team of Youth Coaches. You will tackle youth disadvantage by supporting young people to address barriers to employment and connecting the needs of young people aged 15 to 24 with the needs of the local labor market (industries and employers).
The Youth Services Team Leader provides day-to-day operations of our Transition to Work service across our Sunshine & Footscray sites.
Key requirements for this role
- Diploma level qualification in Mental Health, Youth Work, Community Services, Career Development
- Drivers License
- Strong administration skills with competency in all Microsoft Office applications
- Leadership experience within employment and/or community service programs and services

We are an independent, registered charity providing frontline support to young people and people experiencing homelessness to open up pathways out of poverty and homelessness and break the cycle of disadvantage.
