The RoleThe
Team Leader position is responsible for the efficient delivery of the
Accounts Receivable and
Cash Management functions for the Department of Job's, Skills, Industry and Regions and its associated entities.
The TeamThe position of
Team Leader –
Accounts Receivable & Cash Management forms a part of the Corporate Services Group/Finance, Investment and Procurement Branch. This Branch supports best practice resource allocation, budget and financial management and procurement across the department. It does this through the provision of strategic advice to the senior Executive and Ministers, development and implementation of frameworks, policies, systems and internal controls.
About YouLeading a committed team, you and your team will be responsible for efficient and timely processing of customer invoices, receivable activities, debtor management, daily
Cash Management, bank reconciliations and related month end reporting duties.The position requires someone who has a significant level of knowledge of the AR and CM functions and processes. We are looking for someone who has strong communication skills, a proactive nature that drives results, and can work in a fast paced environment with strong planning and people leadership qualities and experience in financial services.
