The role:
We are recruiting for a Team Lead in our Accounts Receivable team at Knight Frank. Based in our Shared Services department, you will mainly be responsible for overseeing the processing of rental receipts, reconciliation of trust bank accounts, leasing maintenance processes and general invoicing.
Your demonstrated experience in high volume AR and being able to work in a fast-paced environment will be ideal for a role like this!
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee the processing of all transactions including daily processing of rental payments and receipts
- Oversee the lease maintenance processes
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Ensure all team members are inducted and trained effectively
- Foster and drive a culture of customer service, quality, and accuracy
- Proactive engagement of team members to ensure consistency, accuracy, and efficient and timely processing
- Experience in an Accounts Receivable role and managing a small team (Essential)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work autonomously and in a team environment.
- Understanding the importance of the Customer Service philosophy.
- Team management skills
- Experience working in a high-volume data entry role (essential)
- Experience in ERP systems and automation (highly desirable)
- Management Reporting International (MRI) experience(desirable)
- Experience in the property industry (highly desirable)
- Strong attention to detail and quality
