This role is best suited to an experienced Behaviour Support Team Leader, one who is most importantly endorsed as Proficient, is patient and considerate. A team player but also a confident leader with fantastic communications skills who is energetic, engaging and passionate.

With strong subject knowledge, experience and a calm but creative approach, you are confident of your understanding of NDIS practices and how to work as an NDIS provider. Additionally, you will have experience working with people who exhibit challenging behaviours and have a sound knowledge of health and safety requirements.
You must have the relevant tertiary qualifications along with your Disability Worker screening clearance and a Queensland Working with Children clearance.
