The Team Leader Business Support provides high-quality business services in the Gippsland Business Services Unit. The purpose of this role is to lead and manage the Business Support team, promoting service excellence through the delivery of customer service, administration and site management services across the Gippsland region. The Team Leader will prepare reports, monitors and maintains local databases and/or reporting systems and ensures high accuracy of input and regular upkeep.
Part of this role is to assist the Regional Manager Business Services and Service Manager Business Support to deliver high-quality business services that support the Regional Director and Deputy Chief Fire Officer to meet operational objectives and priorities in the Gippsland region.
Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications
- Mandatory team management and office administration skills.
This is an ongoing position. The work location for this position is Traralgon with hybrid work arrangements available.
