You will provide leadership in the design, implementation and improvement of student administration processes, coordinate the delivery and conduct quality assessments across all facets of the Campus Central services, and coordinate all aspects of student record keeping, ensuring the integrity of student data.About UniSA Campus Central The Student and Academic Services Unit (SAS) provides senior leadership in student and academic administration in a distributed service environment. It is responsible for the development and maintenance of policy, information systems and procedural frameworks. The Unit coordinates and provides quality assurance for a number of University functions including student admissions, enrolments, examinations, graduations, student finance and scholarships. Within SAS, Campus Central is a frontline service area provided on all campuses of the University. It is a team-based, continuous improvement environment, which provides a broad range of student and academic services to students and university staff. Tertiary qualifications or equivalent skills and knowledge at an appropriate level and a demonstrated commitment to the further development and enhancement of knowledge and skills through active membership of relevant professional associations and other means
Demonstrated knowledge of, and the ability to apply and interpret relevant corporate, academic and student administration policies and procedures
Demonstrated leadership and supervision of customer service staff including the ability to develop and implement quality improvement and best practice customer service culture
Demonstrated high-level organisational and administrative skills, including experience in meeting deadlines and prioritising, often among competing demands
