As a Team Leader Child Protection, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of children at risk. The Location Rockingham is located in Perth's outer southern suburbs, about 40 kilometres south-west of the Perth CBD. Rockingham is a rapidly developing residential area, with substantial industrial and commercial areas and includes Garden and Penguin Islands.

It encompasses significant areas of coastline, Shoalwater Islands, Rockingham Lakes, HMAS Stirling and extensive parklands. Join the Rockingham District and embrace the variety, growth, and development that comes with being part of this dynamic and rewarding District. There are currently one (1) fixed term positions available for immediate filling for a period of fourteen (14) months.

Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments will be made for this or similar future vacancies (fixed term or permanent) that arise within the next 12 months across the Department of Communities. Qualification Requirements You must have a Bachelors degree in Social

Work, Psychology, or relevant human services area to be eligible for this position.  All overseas qualifications must be assessed for Australian equivalency. Refer to our website for information about the qualification requirements for this role, and how we will be assessing your qualifications.
