Title: Team Leader, Civil Infrastructure Maintenance, Permanent - Full-time Role, 38 hours per week
Salary Range: $69708.55 to $81012.92 per annum + super (subject to skills and experience)

We are a dedicated team that is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of Council’s Civil Infrastructure. Our works cover a multitude of assets such as all roads infrastructure, stormwater drainage, car parks and tidal pools.

Our opportunity:The key focus areas of this role include: 1) Leading a small team to complete maintenance activities on roads, kerb and gutter, drainage, footpaths, etc. 2) Communicating with various parties including customers, stakeholders, utilities and roads authorities, team members and contractors.3) Protecting the public and fellow workers by being reliable and responsible4) Assessing workflows as well as prioritising and programming works in terms of risk.5) Provide feedback and suggestions to the greater team on improvements or innovations that would benefit the team’s performance.
About you:We’re looking for a self-motivated and experienced Civil Infrastructure Leading Hand or Foreman to join our Construction and Maintenance team. You’ll bring experience and new ideas to a team passionate about making a difference to our community.
