Team Leader Cleaner

Join our team as a Cleaning Team Leader at our Wagerup Refinery!
In this role, you will oversee daily cleaning operations, supervise Level 1 Cleaners, and maintain quality standards.

Enjoy a Monday to Friday schedule from 7am to 3pm for a great work-life balance.

You will be initially offered a Casual contract with the potential for a permanent position after a successful probation period.
Prior Team Leading experience is preferred but not essential, we value excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and strong leadership skills.

Location: outskirts of Wagerup
Pay rate: From $32.73 per hour plus penalties and 11% Super
Shift times: Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 15:00

Duties include, but are not limited to:
Promote a positive and safe working environment
Assist with on-the-job training and coordinate the work of Level 1 Cleaners
Cleaning required can include the public areas, disposal of waste, spot cleaning, including mopping, sweeping, cleaning toilet facilities, cleaning glass - both internal and external

To qualify as the ideal candidate, you must possess a reliable vehicle and a full driver's license, be physically fit, and committed to a long-term work engagement. All applicants are required to provide a recent National Police Check and pass a Medical and a Drug and Alcohol test.
