About The Role:
The Team Leader, Enquiries and Admissions is accountable for managing the reliable delivery of the daily Enquiries and Admissions activities, including providing information and assistance through Bendigo Kangan Institute's contact centre, assessing eligibility, converting leads to enrolments, and processing end-to-end enrolments and student payments.
This role leads a team of Officers who support students through initial enquiry to application and enrolment completion. The team will specialise in the end-to-end enrolment of students into mainstream courses, supporting other enrolment processes as required during peak periods.

- Experience leading a team to achieve goals by contributing to the integration of resources, processes, systems, people, and policies.
- Experience managing workflows to achieve desired outcomes.
- Experience and understanding of the apprenticeship framework and regulatory requirements.
- Understanding of the IT systems relating to the apprentice and trainee student life cycle.
- Demonstrated experience leading with working effectively in teams,
- Highly developed influencing, relationship building and customer service skills.
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal), including the ability to deal sensitively with employees, and effectively engage stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills, demonstrated through critical thinking and a high work ethic.
- Commitment to service, quality, with experience in change management.
- Current and valid driver's licence and ability to travel between BKI sites and workplaces.
