Team Leader Facilities Cleansing (readvertised; previous applicants need not reapply) - V24/9184
To work, lead and contribute as a Team Leader managing the day-to-day operation of the Facilities Cleansing team. Develop and maintain a “team culture” within the section based on a positive attitude towards attendance, increased productivity, and work performance. To maintain nominated Council assets in a clean, hygienic, and secure state.
Experience with supervising and leading a team. Coordinate the daily activities of the Facilities Cleansing team. Carry out cleaning duties to the high standard including filling in for subordinate staff as necessary and backfilling staff who are on leave. Proven ability to communicate effectively with others and provide excellent customer service.
Your hours of work will be 12:15pm to 8:00pm, Monday to Friday. These hours may change, as required, to cover any staff that are on leave, etc. A ‘business use only’ vehicle will be supplied, as will your PPE / uniform.
Remuneration: base salary commencing at $71,691 gross per annum
+ 11% superannuation
+ performance payment 1% - 3.5% annual salary
+ annual award increase
