Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Breakfast Supervisor to join our dynamic team on a permanent part-time basis. As the Breakfast Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our breakfast service, maintaining our high standards of quality and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the breakfast service operations, ensuring a seamless dining experience for guests.
- Supervise and support breakfast staff, providing guidance and motivation to deliver exceptional service.
- Assist in setting up breakfast stations, ensuring they are well-stocked, organized, and prepared for service.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with kitchen and serving staff to ensure smooth coordination and flow during service hours.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the breakfast area, including equipment, dining areas, and service stations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in breakfast or dining service.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for providing memorable guest experiences.
- Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to motivate and guide a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
