We are currently seeking a hands-on Team Leader to join our team in the North of Sydney.As a Team Leader at Green Options, you will have the opportunity to lead a small team in delivering quality gardening maintenance services. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and improving gardens and lawns, ensuring high standards are met.Responsibilities Cultivate and maintain green spaces. Implement horticultural best practices for plant care. Collaborate with the Site Manager to enhance campus aesthetics. Conduct regular assessments of plant health and landscape conditions. About You Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens (desirable).Valid manual drivers' license.Relevant experience in plant care and landscaping.
