Directly manage our factory areas you will be looking after: Warehousing and Production team ranging from 8-15, chance for a Team Leader to step up into a supervisory position.
Our client is an international manufacturer of a range of beautiful interior and exterior shutters, roller blinds, curtains and outdoor shades. With manufacturing in the United States, Australia and China, they craft exceptional products that are distributed through our valued partners across the globe.

The Role
Based in Heatherbrae we have a role available for an experienced Team Leader to join our team.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Directly manage our factory / warehouse / assembly / manufacturing / quality assurance and dispatch of our Quality products.
- Production planning and scheduling
- Lead and Mentor a Small production team
- Stock forecasting
- Identify, report and problem solve any issues
- Foster company values and positive company culture among the team
- Maintain high staff morale, model excellent leadership and teamwork.
- Manage and enforce a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations
- Work with the National Production Manager re improvements
- Strive to meet all KPIs
To be successful, you must:
- Be experienced in managing manufacturing or production line facilities
- Be experience in lean manufacturing
