As the Team Leader for Housing and Youth Outreach, you will oversee the delivery and integration of our Housing Support and Youth Outreach Programs. Your leadership will guide a dedicated team in providing high-quality, client-centered services to reduce homelessness and support at-risk youth in Tennant Creek.

- Service Delivery: Develop and maintain evidence-based services, manage referrals, and support clients in achieving housing stability and social integration.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide program staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and contractual obligations.
- Data Management: Ensure accurate data entry, conduct audits, and report on program outcomes.
- HR Support: Participate in staff recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, community groups, and other stakeholders.
- Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in practice and Team Leadership.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse cultural groups.
- Experience in data management and staff supervision.
- Cultural competency, especially in working with Indigenous communities.
- Australian Citizenship or unlimited work rights.
- Valid NT Driver’s Licence and Ochre Card.
- Satisfactory criminal history check and Working with Children Clearance.
- Compliance with COVID-19 vaccine mandates.
- Evidence of qualification attainment and contact details of two referees.
