Responsibilities:
We're seeking a motivated and articulate Senior Property Manager who excels in customer service. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing a local portfolio
- Leading and mentoring the property management team
- Collaborating smoothly with administration, accounts, and leasing support
- Building and nurturing relationships both inside and outside the company
About You:
To be successful in this role, you should bring:
- A solid background in property management with a knack for leadership, accountability, and building client relationships
- Over 3 years of experience in property management
- In-depth knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A current real estate license or certificate
- A driver’s license and car
- Strong relationship management and customer service skills
