The Role:
Due to business growth, a newly created opportunity now exists for an experienced Team Leader Landscaping to manage a small crew across a range of Minor Works projects in the commercial landscaping space. Based in either the Northern or Southern Regions of Adelaide, the role will include:
- Providing direction to a small team across a range of sites to ensure projects are completed to a high quality in a timely manner.
- Undertaking small turf and street tree installations, mulching works, minor paving repairs, soft landscaping projects and small irrigation projects.
- Engage with staff, clients and members of the public in a professional and courteous manner.
- Adhere to all work health and safety guidelines and best practices including incident reporting.
About You:
- Staff supervisory experience in a similar Team Leader/Leading Hand role.
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and work ethic.
- Previous project experience, with the ability in interpreting job specifications.
- Previous experience in landscape construction and minor works including skills in basic irrigation, turf, paving with soft and hard landscaping background.
- Attention to detail and a track record of producing quality work.
- Experience using an excavator and current MR Truck License (desirable)
- Current White Card, Police and DHS clearances are required or willing to obtain.
