We are on the hunt for another exceptional landscaper to step into the role of leading a team for our exciting high-end residential jobs. This role is for someone who is full of fresh energy, ready to conquer the landscaping world with us and our detailed professionalism!

Duties

• Leading a team of talented landscapers to execute landscaping projects with precision and quality from start to finish.
• Providing guidance and support to team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget, meeting our high standards of quality.
• Communicating with clients and sub-contractors to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Supervise and manage bobcat, excavator work, demolition, and site preparation activities to ensure efficient and precise execution of projects.
• Review job sheets and designs, ensuring adherence to specifications and client preferences.
• Maintain open communication and follow up with the designer, ensuring seamless coordination throughout the project.
• Oversee and participate in all hardscaping and softscaping projects.
• Lead soil improvement initiatives to optimise plant growth and sustainability.
• Have a problem-solving attitude!

Skills

• Previous experience in landscaping is essential, with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience.
• Proven leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Possess excellent physical fitness and energy levels, enabling you to handle the demands of outdoor landscaping work.
• Display quick thinking and strong organisational skills.
• Exhibit the ability to plan ahead and efficiently manage the ordering of materials and resources in advance.
• Have a meticulous eye for detail, ensuring precision and excellence.
