About the role: We're on the lookout for a dynamic and seasoned Paid Media Team Leader to take the reins of our Paid Ads team. If you eat, sleep, and breathe Google Ads and are all about driving results, we may be the perfect fit for eachother. Responsibilities: Lead and manage a squad of Google Ads & paid social ads specialists. Set and manage team KPIs and performance targets, ensuring we consistently hit them. Craft and implement best practices for campaign management, optimisation, and reporting. Develop killer Google Ads & Paid Social campaigns that exceed client performance KPIs. Dive into campaign performance data, identifying areas for improvement and optimisation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective campaigns aligned with client goals. Stay on top of industry trends and Google Ads updates for cutting-edge practices. Ensure all team members follow internal procedures, delivering optimal outcomes for client campaigns. Be the face of 3PM, making sure all team members live out our brand values and mission. Qualifications: 3+ years of Google Ads management experience, with a proven track record of positive ROAS. Past experience leading and managing a team of Google Ads specialists. Bonus points for agency experience and leading an agency PPC team In-depth knowledge of Google Ads best practices, optimisation techniques, and campaign management tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, building effective internal relationships.
