Job description
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced and dynamic individual to join the AFP in a key strategic role responsible for Monitoring and Evaluation to support continuous improvement in an organisational health context.
SHIELD is a health capability that will embed health and wellbeing into the day-to-day operations for AFP employee by providing services across Australia and directly supporting the health of the frontline. The position requires a strong understanding of evidence-based performance measures in a health context and their importance in demonstrating the value of the business to the organisation.
You will work closely with teams cross SHIELD, Office of CMO and People Strategies to design and implement frameworks, and transition M&E from program focused to longer-term business performance measures to ensure its strategic alignment to the organisational goals.
As a Team Leader you also play a pivotal role in developing people, managing change and influencing behaviours that lead to a supportive culture that respects the perspectives, talents and value of each individual. Consistent with the AFP values, AFP leadership philosophy, organisational reform agendas, AFP corporate business plans and your Performance Development Agreement, the expectation is that you will deliver on the core responsibilities and meet any requirements of the position as outlined below.
