Team Leader - North/North West Tasmania

We are Tasmania’s largest injury prevention and workplace rehabilitation provider, providing services unique to the local Tasmanian community.

Due to continued growth and expansion, we are looking for an experienced people leader to lead our team of consultants based throughout Northern and North West Tasmania.

This opportunity is truly unique and is perfect if you are looking for a position with plenty of variety, autonomy, and flexible working hours.

Based in either Launceston or the North West of Tasmania, you will:

• Lead, supervise and coach a team of rehabilitation consultants working remotely across Northern/North West Tasmania.
• Have excellent communication and people management skills.
• Encourage a team environment that is focused on commitment to deliver service excellence.
• Manage your own caseload of clients in workplace rehabilitation
• Network and build meaningful relationships with key customers
• Meet individual and team targets.

• Experience in the Occupational Rehabilitation industry with a good understanding of the relevant legislation. 
• Tertiary allied health qualifications in any of the following areas:
  • Occupational Therapy
  • Exercise Physiology
  • Physiotherapy
  • Social Work
  • Psychology
  • Rehabilitation Counselling
  • Nursing
  • Chiropractor
  • Speech Pathology
  • Medical Practitioner
• Registration with relevant professional body such as AHRPA, ASORC, ESSA or AASW.
• Demonstrated skills in leadership and/or experience in a similar role;
• Able to grow our services and build strong relationships with key customers;
