AddressWe are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (3 years+) to join esteemed leadership team in Sydney's Inner West. Role responsibilities:
- Provide expert clinical guidance and mentorship to a team of Occupational Therapists and students.
- Manage your own clinical caseload while overseeing the performance and development of team members.
- Lead and participate in formal and informal leadership training exercises.
- Collaborate with the management team to ensure adherence to clinical and core competencies.
- Play a leadership role in our Chatswood Clinic while contributing to a positive and empowering team culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency).
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in occupational therapy.
- Previous experience in a leadership or mentorship role preferred.
- Ability to work in Australia and commit to continual professional development.
