Team Leader Occupational Therapist | Salaries Up To $140,000

This is a full-time or four days a week position, the office is based in Rosebery. 

As a Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting a team of 3-4 Occupational Therapists with day-to-day service delivery and clinical guidance, answering questions and assisting with strategies on complex cases
• Delivering training, induction and supervision as required
• Completing quality assurance report reviews and feedback
• Conducting shadowing sessions with OTs
• Completing high-quality clinical services and assessments as required in complex cases

• Earn between $100,000 - $140,000 + Super
• Remote working capabilities
• Flexible scheduling to suit personal commitments

• Access to Learning and Development Managers with 20+ years of clinical experience
• One-on-one and group training sessions
• A supportive network for advice and guidance

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
• Full AHPRA registration
• Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
• Minimum 3 years postgraduate experience
