Job description

The ORS Occupational Therapy team is expanding and we are seeking our next Team Leader to come on board! You will be joining a national team of 70+ Occupational Therapists in our NDIS division performing clinical services to participants aged 0-65 with various diagnoses and disability types.You and your team of clinicians will get to work with an amazing group of clients over a period of months or even years, and you will play an integral part in their personal growth and development. You will form a close bond with your clients and get to celebrate their achievements with them every step of the way.Your responsibilities as a Team Leader will include:Supporting a team of Occupational Therapists with day to day service delivery and clinical guidance, answering questions and assisting with strategies on complex casesDelivering training, induction and supervision as requiredCompleting quality assurance report reviews and feedbackAttending appointments with Occupational Therapists, to provide support and trainingCompleting high-quality clinical services and assessments as required in complex casesDeveloping exceptionally well-written reports and management plans that incorporate useful and cutting edge strategies and interventionsYou will work across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, community, and/or ORS offices.Work Life Balance:At ORS we genuinely believe in the importance of a healthy work life balance & the benefits it can provide. This includes reduced client hours, an allocated supervisor, weekly mentoring, graduate-specific training and opportunities to network with other new graduates and senior practitioners across Australia.
