We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic OSHC Team Leader to join our team and champion the power of play in our Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) program.

Our Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) program is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment where children can thrive. We are looking for a Team Leader who shares our passion for play-based learning and is ready to inspire both children and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team of educators to deliver a high-quality, play-based program that supports children's learning and development.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment that encourages creativity, exploration, and social interaction.
- Develop and implement innovative play-based activities that align with the needs and interests of school aged children.
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and the wider school community.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Working in conjunction with the Director and the Principal, be responsible to assist in the overall management and administration of the service including but not limited to implementing school and service policies and procedures, including My Time Our Place Framework (MTOP) and National Quality Standards (NQS) whilst adhering to all relevant regulations and statutory requirements.
You will need to be successful:
- Diploma or higher qualification in Early Childhood Education, OSHC, or equivalent according to ACECQA
- Proven experience in a leadership role within an OSHC or similar setting.
- Working with Children Card
- Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Experience in a supervisory position
- Thorough understanding of the EYLF, National Quality Standards, My Time Our Place, Quality Improvement Plans and current Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations
