Some of the things you will get to do:
Lead and coach a team of service administrators, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to drive their performance and professional development
Manage the daily operations of the team, ensuring efficient workflows and timely completion of tasks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, finance, and customer service, to address enquiries and resolve issues effectively
Develop and implement best practices and process improvements to enhance team productivity and streamline administrative operations
Monitor team performance metrics and provide regular feedback and coaching to ensure individual and team success
Serve as a point of contact for escalated issues, working closely with stakeholders to find appropriate resolutions
Identify and implement opportunities for digitisation
Our ideal candidate may have the following:
Calmness under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Previous systems experience, especially SAP is advantageous
Previous experience managing a small team
Self-motivated with an interest in improving processes
