The Opportunity
Civmec is on the lookout for an exceptional Recruitment Team Lead to become a vital part of our expanding and passionate team. As our Recruitment Team Lead, you'll be based at our head office in Henderson, working alongside a team of dedicated professionals, you'll be instrumental in shaping our recruitment strategy, ensuring the success of our projects and developing the team..

Duties and Responsibilities
• Accountability for all recruitment activity for the relevant business unit / projects
• Directly manage and allocate team workload including resource planning, forecast and risk mitigation
• Support subcontractor onboarding including management plan development, engagement, processing, verification and onboarding
• Providing advice and support to manager leveraging best practice and leading-edge tools to facilitate manager learning around recruitment practices
• Proactively engage with senior managers to develop project, business unit and facility manning forecasts
• Understanding of EEO and legislation impacting recruitment process to ensure assigned projects are compliant in legislative and corporate responsibilities
• Maintain and manage advertising strategies
• Ensure the recruitment team is adhering to company policies and procedures
About You
• Experience with bulk Blue Collar and White-Collar recruitment
• Experience working on large scale Shutdowns, Maintenance and/or Construction projects
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Strong background in high volume, fast paced recruitment across multiple sites
• Minimum 1-2 years’ demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with stakeholders at all levels
• Exceptional time management skills coupled with a self-starter attitude
