ABOUT YOU
You will be a driven and energetic professional with a passion for achieving quality rehabilitation outcomes. You will have a personable approach to build strong relationships with key customers and employees to manage stakeholder expectations.
• Qualifications & Registration in either Psychology, Social Work, Rehabilitation Counselling, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Exercise Psychology.
• Current full registration/membership with AHPRA, ESSA, AASW or ASORC
• At least 5 years’ experience in an allied health role and minimum 3 years in occupational rehabilitation
• Demonstrated skills in supervising staff and/or experience in a similar role will be highly regarded
• A positive disposition and enjoy being around people (and having fun!)
• Willingness to travel (current vehicle and drivers licence compulsory)
• Ability to confidently consult with workers, insurers, medical practitioners, case managers and employers
• Excellent attention to detail, good organisation & time management skills
