Due to their strong leadership team, and dedication to their staff and clients, this company continues to go from strength to strength and is now seeking a Customer Service Team Leader to enhance the end-to-end customer experience.
This position will lead and support a small Customer Service Team whilst ensuring customer’s needs and expectations are exceeded. With ongoing training and development and career progression, no previous industry experience is required, most important is our proven ability to deliver high end customer experience.
Duties will include:
- Drive internal processes to ensure the highest level of Customer Service
- Lead and develop the Customer Service Team locally and remotely to provide high end service
- Generate reports relating to the customer’s experiences and NPS scores
- Assess existing processes and identify room for improvement
- Maintain and create accurate records of all interactions with customer’s ensuring their needs are documented and actioned
- Forward enquires to Service, Sales and Field technicians to meet the customer’s needs
- Processing sales orders to support the customer and sales team
- Liaise with suppliers on sales orders as needed
- Assisting with customer queries via phone and email
- Always strive to exceed customer’s expectations
