As a Team Leader (Speech Pathologist) you will be putting your exceptional clinical skills to use as you make a difference in the lives of your clients and foster the development of others within the broader team. You will...
Provide mentorship, training and formal 1:1 supervision to staff members
Run monthly peer group supervision sessions
Deliver much needed speech pathology services to participants within schools, home and community
Use clinical observations and standardised assessments and interpret findings to formulate treatment goals.

Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia as a Speech Pathologist
Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Speech Pathologist
Experience delivering services under the NDIS
Experience in providing training and clinical supervision to other Speech Pathologists
A passion for being a leader in their field and delivering quality evidence based therapeutic interventions
