This very well-established organisation specialises in Engineering, Manufacturing, and Fabrication for various industries, from automotive to other high-tech industries.
Using the latest technology, they design and manufacture components and tooling for various industries. They have a very modern workshop that offers the latest in CNC technology.
They seek a permanent full-time Team Leader / Supervisor for their Press Shop. The person will run the PRESS SHOP, and the role will be full-time, looking after a team of 10-12 operators.
Ideally, you will have PRESS SHOP experience as you manage production and people. You will be involved in planning and monitoring jobs, updating job cards, measuring target vs. actual, and entering data into the ERP system for processed quantities (training provided).
You will also need excellent communication skills, the ability to work openly and collaboratively with peers, and basic email and Excel skills.

TO APPLY YOU SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:
- Press shop experience or understanding.
- Supervisory skills.
- Excellent people skills.
- Production Planning experience.
- ERP experience ideal.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) are a must.
