The OpportunityThe
Team LeaderTransfer Stations & Landfills is responsible for providing effective and efficient day-to-day supervision and leadership to the staff working at the eight waste
Transfer Stations, and active and closed landfills in the provision of waste and recycling services. 1-2 months to cover leave. Based in Atherton servicing
Transfer Stations in 6 different locations around the Tablelands area handling 13 direct reports.
About You- Certificate III in Waste Management, Frontline Management, or equivalent experience.
- Operational and supervisory experience.
- Also open to Foreman and Site Supervisor experience with a Civil Construction background who have worked managing crews of workman with rostering experience.
- Assertive and strong to deal with variety of personalities on the team.
- Plant Operator tickets for Skid Steer and Loader
- Queensland Construction Induction card
- HR Driver’s Licence
