About the Role

Our client has multiple positions available for experienced Team Leaders to join their Operations team.  Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, the Team Leader is responsible for meeting daily production targets, maintaining a safe, efficient work environment in line with One Harvest’s Zero Harm and Protected principles, and fostering continuous improvement.  
  
Collaboration with the Production Supervisor is essential team management and training and development.  
  
The successful candidate will be required to provide supervision and guidance to staff to ensure that the production targets are met and to get direct insight into where improvements can be made, as well as to implement real-time adjustments to overcome production challenges.
  
Essential experiences includes Team Leadership in FMCG/Manufacturing, strong people management skills, and expertise in GMP, Food Safety, and Workplace Health and Safety.
  
The Team Leader contributes to a culture of excellence and continuous improvement, aligning with organisational goals.  
  
Essential Experience:

• Staff supervision in the FMCG or Manufacturing environment or similar.
• Safe Food Handling
• GMP
• Workplace Health and Safety
• Problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
• Strong planning and organisational skills.  

Desirable Experience:

•  Knowledge of LEAN manufacturing concepts and process improvement.
