Description:As Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Lead, manage and monitor your team on a day to day basis
- Daily procedures for opening & closing the restaurant are adhered to
- Continually maintain high production, productivity and customer-service standards
- Following & ensuring Hotel policies & procedures are implemented
- Handling guest feedback
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and presentation, keeping all work areas both front of house and back of house clean and in working order
Qualifications:As the successful candidate, you will have:
- Demonstrated supervisory/leadership experience, preferable in a similar Hotel/Restaurant Environment
- Excellence in exceptional customer service aligned to 5-star brand standards
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with guests at all levels
- Exceptional grooming standards
- Must be able to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including late nights, weekends and public holidays
- Leadership qualities, to motivate and coach staff
- Basic understanding of financials such as COGs and labour costs, preferred but not essential
- Able to work in Australia without restrictions
- An effective time manager with the ability to multitask and thrive in high pressure situations
