The Role
Reporting to the Retail Manager, your responsibilities will include;
- Lead a small team of Retail Sales Consultants
- Oversee daily banking, petty cash, and monitor competitor activity
- Maintain knowledge and compliance with the Trade Practices
- Manage staff rosters and leave approvals
- Achieve sales budgets and operational cost targets
Skills and Experience
- People management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literate – Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Experience with an ERP system is essential
- Strong problem-solving skills
