- Proven experience in leading horticultural teams and experience in planning and programming works.

- Demonstrated high level communication and inter-personal skills.
- Demonstrated competence in MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook and MS Project.
- Ability to monitor and manage budgets for one off and recurring projects.
