About the Role:
As an experienced Team Leader within an agency environment, you will:
- Manage a client portfolio in the Transport, Warehousing & Logistics sector.
- Lead and support a team of Account Managers to ensure service agreements are met and exceptional customer service is delivered.
- Work closely with fellow leaders to provide best possible outcomes for ZOOM Recruitment
- Assist with Work Cover claims, closely collaborating with our National Safety team.
- Oversee payroll and invoicing matters, working closely with the Payroll and Finance team.
- Proactively build and maintain client relationships, conducting regular service and quality reviews.
- Source, recruit, and manage an external casual candidate workforce.
- Cross-sell additional agency services.
- Collaborate within the team to meet client and candidate needs.
About You:
In order to succeed in this varied and dynamic role, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Recruitment agency background and deep knowledge of the labor-hire industry.
- Proven Team Leadership experience, mentoring, coaching, and monitoring productivity.
- Expertise in Client Relationship Management and effective problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in time management, organization, and experience with CRM, ATS, or database software (Ideally FASTRACK).
- Capability to perform effectively within a team, excel under pressure, and meet expectations.
- Be capable of handling large volumes of temp staffing needs.
- A resilient team player that possesses a positive attitude.
