Team Manager - Retail Distribution Centre

Reporting to the DC Operations Manager, you will lead a team focused on delivering excellent operational outcomes that are effective, efficient and safe.

The culture will support you to develop your engaging leadership style, fostering an environment that encourages collaboration and teamwork.

In this role you will focus mainly on ensuring the outbound operations are in place.

As you might expect, your management skills will be drawn upon as you organiise a large team to deliver effective and safe operational goals.

Additionally, you will be required to:

• Manage a range off tasks to Team Members and ensure that all operational functional tasks are completed to the highest standards.
• Drive innovation to allow improved efficiencies.
• Effective labor scheduling
• Performance manage your entire team.
• Drive a culture of safety

The primary requisite to be considered for this role will be your previous leadership experience. Ideally you will have gained experience in an inventory focused role, even better if that has been within a busy Distribution Center.
