ideally you will be an experienced and resilient leader, accountable for sales leadership and the development of a high performing team. You have significant expertise in Home Lending and Complex/Mixed deal builds including an understanding of the TLA/TLW lending systems. You have extensive knowledge of Consumer Credit policy as well as business credit policy. You have the ability to lead a team spread across multi sites and effectively use multiple mediums to communicate and coach your team. You have strong knowledge of risk and compliance requirements associated with mortgages in Australia. You excel at working alongside multiple leaders from different areas of the bank. You are a fast learner and strong coach with the capability to deliver significant amounts of change to your team.Your technical experience is coupled with a fascination for digital and virtual enhancements to deliver a world class service experience.
