About the Position
This is a horticulture field staff role that works in a team environment performing operating a variety of hand tools and small plant, driving trucks to support council’s garden and reserve maintenance programmes.
About You
You will have good communication skills, able to listen to customers, Team Members and supervisors. You will have a solid background in Horticulture with an understanding of best practices and hold the required safety tickets and relevant experience.
Key Selection Criteria:
- A Certificate 3 in Horticulture or similar.
- Experience in commercial garden maintenance works
- A valid Australian MR Driver’s license.
- Experience in working with and supporting a small team
- Passion and value for outstanding customer service.
