The Opportunity
Based at our Herston location, this is a fantastic opportunity to join our team and in the Health, Pharmaceutical, Compounding or Medicinal Cannabis industry. This role will provide opportunity to bring your existing knowledge and skillset and build on that within a supportive, dynamic and hands on environment.
Specific duties will include:
Tasks will include:
- Processing Medicinal Cannabis orders over the phone & via email.
- Liaise with patients and their families in a compassionate manner.
- Maintaining communication with team members and managers.
- Assisting with customer complaints and queries.
- Participate in ongoing professional development.
What we're looking for
Previous pharmacy experience is not required, however, willingness to learn will be key to success in this role, in addition to the following:
- Previous experience in a customer support role.
- Solutions focused approach to support the delivery of outstanding customer service.
- Excellent communication & customer service skills.
- Experience in high volume environments.
- The ability to work independently, show initiative and work productively within a team environment.
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail & problem solving abilities.
- Bachelor of Health science (in progress or complete) preferred.
- Dispense Technician experience highly regarded.
